Pretty Sally wines are handcrafted from the three varietals we grow in the Pretty Sally Vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Sauvignon Blanc. We follow strict earth-friendly, sustainable farming practices, as we are adamant on maintaining a "clean" vineyard to yield pure wines. Our holistic focus is carried into the winery where we embrace the philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the wine to show the true nature of each grape. The wine is vinted to the highest standards by our renown winemaker John Ellis.

Bordering the Pretty Sally Hills, the estate consists of 110 acres planted to vines. Maritime breezes and moderate elevation (1100 feet) make this a temperate site with a long growing season, resulting in wines with elegance and depth at exceptional value. We farm to less than 3 tons per acre to encourage intensity and character.

The Pretty Sally vineyard is located in Central Victoria, a region known for its premium, cool-climate style wines.
