The Pretty Sally Vineyard is situated in the celebrated Central Victoria wine region. We are located on the Kilmore to Broadford road, just past the turn-off to Tooborac.

The vineyard benefits from brilliant sun during the day and cool breezes at night - ideal conditions for growing elegant and smooth cool-climate wines with full complexity and intensity. The site selection was made using annual sunlight figures and temperature ranges matching those of the world's other renowned wine regions.

We also considered soil conditions when selecting the location. The soils were analyzed for good drainage, high mineral content, and multi-layered substrata. We then enhanced the soil by adding compost to complement its biodiversity, in order to avoid chemical treatments. We pride ourselves in our holistic vineyard management practices.

Last but not least, we have selected an absolutely beautiful corner of the earth, one that is a pleasure to walk and admire throughout the seasons, and then enjoy again in the bottle.
